Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 17040 of 2019 and the the same was granted on 01.07.2019 with one of a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily to 10.30 am until further orders and thus. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. NAMBISELVAN B. Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17040/2019 and the same was granted on 01.07.2019 with one of a condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
