ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471, 477A, 420, 34 of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner conspired with other accused and misappropriated the funds of the defacto complainant's company to the tune of Rs.4,10,82,699/-. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed the petition and submitted that there was a misappropriation to the tune of Rs.4,10,82,699/- and that there is no change in circumstances from the earlier dismissal of the anticipatory bail application.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and upon the ground that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
