ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.193 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam on 23.06.2025 through e-filing and therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4

5. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law after.
