ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16182 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020, in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16182 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16182 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020, is relaxed.
