ORDER

2. Having perused the affidavit and the documents placed for our perusal by learned State counsel, we find that though belatedly, the order of this Court has been complied with and inspection was carried out, premises was sealed and possession was also taken. Therefore, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. However, taking into consideration that six months time was granted to comply with the said exercise, as against which the authorities have taken almost 15 months to comply with the same, we would observe that, in future, the respondent authority shall be careful and cautious in the matter of compliance of the Court order.
