This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5421 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6662 of 2023 on 19.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in PRC.No.51 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case is taken on file, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
