ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5414 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the case of

the petitioner, as forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai District by its proceedings dated 27.01.2024, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's case and the passed orders by the proceedings dated 20.10.2024 and the same was also approved by the government in G..O.(2D)No.195 Home (Pol-VI) Department dated 04.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the orders dated 20.10.2024 and 04.07.2025, before this Court.
