This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Cr.No.1692/2020 for an offence under Section 427, 447 and 506(ii) IPC. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
