This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file reply within a stipulated time frame and to direct the Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai to pass relevant orders in Crl.M.P.No.2411 of 2023 within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard Mr.M.G.Martinmanivannan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai to expedite the hearing in Crl.M.P.No.2411 of 2023, complete the same and pass orders thereon, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
