ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5172 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1486 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5172 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1486 of 2025, dated 19.03.2025 is relaxed.
