Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. 31.07.2023 vum Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the Criminal Revision after two weeks.
