ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2026. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle. He further seeks liberty to file a fresh extension application with appropriate details before the registry.

3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Permission is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh extension application in accordance with the law.
