ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal 04.06.2007 in accordance with law.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner's appeal dated 04.06.2007 is still pending before the the 1st respondent, hence a direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3. Mr. K. Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 04.06.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
