This writ petition has been filed challenging order 06.06.2020 passed by the third respondent, thereby disconnecting the service connection due to non-payment of electricity charges and to direct the respondents to refund the deposit amount after duly calculating the sums payable after adjusting the current consumption charges and to provide a fresh LT service connection to the petitioner petitioner's unit
factory located at Plot No.A14 and B 71, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
While pending the writ petition, the respondents revised the amount of deposit to be refunded to the petitioner at Rs.18,14,811/-. Further the petitioner was issued with electricity service connection and later it was transferred to subsequent purchaser. 4.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit application to refund of deposit amount, which was made by the petitioner while obtaining service connection, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to disbursement the same within a period of two week from the date of receipt of the said application. Insofar the remaining amount if any, after completion of relevant case pending in that respect, the petitioner can
make an application for refund of the said amount. 5.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
