[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].
2. Mr.B.Keerthivasan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (instructed by Mr.N.K.Arumugam, Sub-Inspector of Police, B1 Thiruvallur Town Police Station) representing both the respondents are before us.
3. This Court is informed by both sides that production before jurisdictional Magistrate, namely Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur has happened on 03.08.2023 and statements have been duly recorded.
4. In the light of the narrative thus far, we drop the curtains on the captioned HCP, making it clear that all proceedings shall go on, on their own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by this order, which has been made for the limited purpose of giving a closure to the habeas legal drill on hand.
