BY ITS [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, THATTACHERRY POLICE STATION, NAGAPATTINAM DISTRICT (CRIME NO 579 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions Viz., "6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court order dated 30.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.NO. 12352 of 2021 in Crime No. 579 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thatttachery Police Station, Nagapattinam district.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and the charge sheet has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 30.07.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date. All other conditions remain unaltered.
