This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the cause title in the petitioner name as M/s.Lavera Global Logistics Private Limited instead of M/s.Lavera Avera Global Logistics Private Limited in W.P.No.20987 of 2025.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.
