ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to release the Assignment Deed dated 09.11.2024 pending as Pending No. 465 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent based on the physical clearances already obtained without insisting upon online clearance, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the present case, the petitioner presented an assignment deed dated 09.11.2024 for registration before the 3rd respondent and the same was taken on file vide Pending No.46 of 2024. He would submit that the petitioner made several representations to release the said assignment deed along with required documents. Despite several representations made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has not released the same. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondents will complete the pending online clearance process and release the assignment deed within a period of six weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the official respondents and perused the material available on record.
5. In view of the same, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to complete the pending clearance process in the online system and release the assignment deed dated 09.11.2024 to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
