Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a direction to Principal Subordinate Court at Krishnagiri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2020 within a time frame and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court at Krishnagiri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2020.

2. The facts of the case are that the petitioner herein inherited the subject property from their ancestors and there was a property dispute between them with regard to partition of the property. It is pertinent to note that the the petitioners herein and the respondents one to five are family members. Whileso, the first and second respondents herein filed the above suit and not ready to contest the suit and are dragging on the proceedings. Hence to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2020 the petitioner has come forward with this present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third,fourth and fifth respondents are ready to contest the suit but the first and second respondents are not ready to contest the suit and are creating unnecessary problems by dragging the proceedings. Hence he prays to allow this petition.

5. In view of the above, the learned Principal Subordinate Court at Krishnagiri is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
