The Petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.397 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons, giving assurance to get the Government job collected money to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- from the Defacto Complainant on various occasions. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioners/A2 & A3 would submit that they are innocent person and they have not committed any such offence as alleged in the First Information Report. The Petitioners are respectable persons in their locality and they are having good reputation in their locality. He would further submit that A4 & A5, who are charged for the similar offences have been granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent would submit it is a job rocketing case. Assuring employment in Tamil Nadu Housing Board A1 has received a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from the Defacto Complainant. A2 is the son of A1, A3 is the daughter in law of A1, A4 1/ 3

is the sister of A3, A5 is the Mother of A3. A4 & A5 got Anticipatory Bail from this Court and due to non compliance of conditions, the same was canceled by this Court's order in Crl.OP.No.1222 of 2023 on 20.02.2023. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides. It appears that A3 was remanded to judicial custody and granted bail by the Court below on 30.06.2023. A1 is the person who is said to be a master mind in this case. Since it is a job rocketing case, it needs further investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

7.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
