This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give the police protection to the petitioner's living house and property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the petition, it appears that there is a Civil dispute between the petitioners and one Balasubramanian and Sundaraj in respect of a house property.

4. In such view of the matter, no directions as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted. However, the respondent police shall ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioners from the said Balasubramanian and Sundaraj. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
