[Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue viz., Yogalakshmi, daughter of Srinivasan, aged about 17 years, has surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Katpadi, on 15.03.2021 and thereafter, on the orders of the learned Magistrate, she was produced before the Special Court for the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Vellore, on 16.03.2021 and was handed over to her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
