This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that so far, the petitioner did not comply the condition in respect of payment of deposit, imposed by this Court, after enlarging on bail.

3. In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, this Court finds no grounds to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
