ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.1092 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Cr.No.1092 of 2012, after investigation, one Mahesh was arrayed as accused and the name of the petitioner was deleted from the accused list.
