[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the mother of the detenu, namely, Alexandar @ Babu, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the second respondent, in C.No.42/G/IS TPR © /2015, dated 18.12.2015 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's son, by name Alexandar @ Babu, son of Late.Selladurai, aged about 26 years, detained in Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the son of the petitioner is dated 18.12.2015 and thus, as on today this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
