CRIME NO.392/2012.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6350 of 2019 order dated 08.05.2019 in Crl.A.No.252 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner appear before the respondent police every week on Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAJAMOHAN V., Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In M.P.No.6350 of 2019, this Court suspended the sentence and directed to release the petitioner on bail on 08.05.2019, on various conditions, in which one is that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police every week on Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. This petition has been filed to relax the various conditions imposed upon the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said order since 08.05.2019.

5. In view of the above, the conditions are modified to the effect that :- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court after at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
