(By the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to create Permanent Tamil People Non Resident Indian Grievance Committee.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate brought to our attention that already there was a Government Order in G.O.(Ms) 2/4

No.382, Public (Spl B) Department dated 12.07.2021 for formation of Commissionerate of Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non Resident Tamil, which is under the effective operation of the Public Department, being dealt with by the Ministry of Minorities Welfare and Non Resident Tamils Welfare and the said Department is not a party to this lis.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Nonjoinder of necessary party, as a blanket direction cannot be issued to the respondents herein, especially when they are not concerned authorities to look into the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition.
