This Application has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent M.Muniyammal. Her son M.Arumugam was already brought on record as the 2nd respondent. Two other respondents are yet to be brought on record namely, Dhandayuthapani and Manikandan, who are the sons of Devi, daughter of Muniyammal. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant states that notice had been issued to the learned counsel for the respondents, but anyway, since the 1st respondent died, it would only be imperative that the legal representatives are brought on record to participate in the present Second Appeal proceedings.
