This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners in the place of deceased sole petitioner, as petitioners 2 to 4; and also to implead the other legal heirs, viz., respondents 5 to 14 and rank them as respondents 5 to 14 in the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.

6. Notice to the respondents 5 to 14, returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
