In the event the writ petitioner is dissatisfied with the decision taken by the respondents 2 and 3, it is open to the writ petitioner to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with law, otherwise than by a public interest litigation, after establishing his locus standi in this regard. The writ petitioner is granted leave to forward a copy of the representation dated 16.11.2020 to all the appropriate official respondents.
