This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2021 on the file of the respondent police.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent Police on 15.09.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
