W.P.No.14959 of 2013 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the Enquiry Committee's Reports dated 09.09.2009 and 12.08.2011 which were submitted on the basis of the representation given by the petitioners against the third respondent forthwith and implement their suggestions and recommendations to save the petitioners from the vindictive and continuous harassment given by the 3rd respondent.

W.P.No.14959 of 2013: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on

the representation given by the petitioners dated 01.04.2014 and 03.05.2014 against the respondent's retirement immediately in accordance with law.
