This petition is filed to permit the appellant to take notice through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily Newspaper as against the respondents 1, 2, 4, 8 and 10-14 having its circulation at Namakkal District.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this Court vide order dated 05.06.2024 had directed the petitioner/appellant to take private notice upon the respondents. Accordingly, notice was taken upon the respondents and with respect to respondents 5, 6, 7 and 9 were served and the postal covers with respect to the respondents 1, 2, 4, 8 and 10 to 14 were returned with endorsement as "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" and "Address cannot be located". 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant further submitted that as the respondents 1, 2, 4, 8 and 10 to 14 are wantonly evading from appearing before this Court, great prejudice is caused to the petitioner/appellant. Hence he requested this Court to order substituted service upon the respondents 1, 2, 4, 8 and 10 to 14. 1/3

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant, time is given till 22.08.2024, for taking paper publication in "Makkal Kural" having circulation in the Namakkal District by mentioning the date of hearing as 22.08.2024.
