This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking police protection while measure and lay survey stones for the subject property. The petitioner owned land ad-measuring 11 cents comprised in Survey No.135/2-C-A, situated at No.5, Vilinjiyambakkam Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District. He had also applied for patta and paid requisite fees. He had also submitted an sub application for surveying his said property and to lay survey stones marking the boundaries for the said property with requisite fees.

2. If any surveyor is engaged to survey the land by the fifth respondent herein and if the surveyor finds any hindrance while surveying the petitioner's land, the surveyor can very well seek police protection before the fourth respondent herein. On such request, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry with the adjacent owners if any and pass appropriate orders to provide police protection to survey the petitioner's property.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
