Respondents PRAYER Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to return the original certificates of the petitioner given at the time of admission of Ph.D and refund the fees paid towards the admission for Ph.D.
