Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to disburse the petitioner's entire retirement benefits i.e.,General Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Salary, Group Insurance amount, Pension Loan, Full Pension together with interest along with

disbursement of salary from the period of 17.03.1994 to 19.05.1994, twelve months medical leave salary from 01.08.2015 to 07.08.2016, disburse the salary as per 7th pay commission together with arrears from 2016 to June, 2022 and disburse the MACP increment from the year 2018 together with arrears, within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to disburse the petitioner's entire retirement benefits i.e.,General Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Salary, Group Insurance amount, Pension Loan, Full Pension together with interest along with disbursement of salary from the period of 17.03.1994 to 19.05.1994, twelve months medical leave salary from 01.08.2015 to 07.08.2016, disburse the salary as per 7th pay commission together with arrears from 2016 to June, 2022 and disburse the MACP increment from the year 2018 together with arrears, within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the

materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
