ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1246 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is only bailable offence. Hence, granting anticipatory bail doesn't arise.

3.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear before the concerned court.
