O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.347 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there are three FIRs that has arisen from the very same incident and apart from the present FIR in Crime No.347 of 2022, there are two other FIRs that are investigated in Crime Nos.345 and 346 of 2022. 3.In view of the above, this Court cannot interfere with the investigation in this FIR alone. There shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the investigation in all the three FIR in Crime Nos.345, 346 and 347 of 2022, since all the cases have arisen out of the same incident. The investigation shall be completed and final report or the 2/4

closure report, as the case may be, shall be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
