This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint given by father of the 1st petitioner and the husband of the 2nd petitioner/Sethuraman has given a complaint against them stating that they had sent him out of the house. The 3rd respondent/defacto complainant had also given a complaint before the RDO, the RDO had initiated a proceeding and served summons on the petitioners and passed orders on 31.08.2021.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as on date the petitioners and the 3rd respondent/defacto complainant had compromised the matter among themselves and they are jointly living in the same house and the enquiry has been closed. He would submit that the respondents have not harassed the petitioners.
4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
