ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.11744 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(a) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11744 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners 1, 3 and 5 shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., once a week until further orders".

4. In respect of petitioners 2 and 4, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(a) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11744 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners 2 and 4 are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
