(Heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police on 13.11.2020, for an alleged offence under Section 132 of CGST Act, 2017 and remanded to Judicial custody on the same day. filed the final report. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to move this bail application before the concerned Court.
