ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the 1st defendant in the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2021 on the file of learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri, which was filed by the respondents/plaintiffs 1 to 9 for the relief of perpetual injunction and other consequential relief against the defendants 1 to 4.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the respondents/plaintiffs filed a suit in the year of 2021 for the relief of perpetual injunction, in which all the defendants have appeared and filed their written statement. Now the case is adjourned for several hearings without framing issues and the revision petitioner is aged more than 70 years. Therefore, the Revision Petitioner wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Records perused. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the Revision Petitioner is aged about 72 years and 1st plaintiff is aged about 62 years and they are senior citizens and the suit is pending from the year of 2021, but as on date, issues not framed and so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
