This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 408 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.75/- in the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 20.09.2023".

3. Post the matter on 22.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
