Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize services of the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant with effect from the date of his appointment, namely 20-02-1989 by creating one post of Office Assistant with effect from 20-02-1989 and grant him all consequential benefits.
