Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to extend all the service benefits to the petitioner including CPF, 90% CPF, Pay Fixation, Wage Revision Arrears and other Financial Benefits as indicated in the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2011 as per the circular of the 1st respondent dated 30.04.2010 in No. WRC.17(2)/2010/Pay Fixn. as fixed in the case of other similarly placed S.T. Employees in the respondents Corporation.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court passes an order directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 27.5.2011, within a time frame.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 27.5.2011, within a period of eight weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as the other persons concerned, if any. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 27.5.2011, to the 1st respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
