COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court at Tiruvallur and transfer the same before the IIIrd Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, to be tried with other connected cases.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that already 15 connected cases have been transferred to the concerned Court, by means of order passed by this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier orders have been passed by this Court and some of the cases have already been withdrawn and transferred to the concerned IIIrd Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.
4. In view of the above, all the cases which are the subject matter of these criminal original petitions are withdrawn from the respective Judicial Magistrate Courts and transferred to the concerned IIIrd Additional Sessions Court, Chennai to be tried along with the other connected cases. It is made clear that the petitioners shall pay the necessary batta for the witnesses to appear before the Court at the time of adducing evidence. The concerned case bundles shall be transferred by the respective Magistrate Courts within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the IIIrd Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.
5. All the criminal original petitions are disposed of accordingly.
