ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to regularize the posts of the petitioners from the date of their appointment by enforcing his proceedings Na.Ka.12846/2011/L2 dated Nil .11.2017 and release the appointment in the year of 2006 and 2007.

2. Though various grounds have been raised in the affidavit filed along with the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that it is suffice that their representations are considered on merits.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they will consider the representation 3/6

of the petitioners and pass Orders on the same within a period of two months.

4. In such view of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass Orders on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
