CRIME NO.716 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16582 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DHARANI DHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16582 of 2021 on 09.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
