2. The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 seeking transfer of the petitioner from Sri Meenakshi Government Girls Higher 2/5

Secondary School in Tirupattur to any of the Higher Secondary Schools in Hosur, Krishnagiri District to teach Zoology or Botany to the students taking note of the Equivalence Government order in G.O. Ms. No. 72, Higher Education (K2) Department dated 30.04.2013.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 24.06.2024 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
