O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.09.2020 for the issuance of patta in respect of Survey No.133 located at Siruvambar Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, in the name of petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of his representation dated 15.09.2020, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mr. G. Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
